Restaurant in Paris at the Saint James & Albany
The gold decorations, drapes and chandeliers set the tone of our highly refined restaurant area, where you can enjoy privacy while dining in a warm atmosphere. During the summer season, the sun-flooded patio serves as an extension to the restaurant, allowing customers to delight in a peaceful environment, set back from the city's hubbub.
Our Chef – Jean Pierre Lepeltier – offers meals that combine classical with unique and unusual concepts, featuring remote fish or forgotten vegetables in line with the changing seasons.
The G. Washington and B. Franklin reception rooms, two of our new and friendly daytime facilities adjoining the Restaurant, provide the perfect solution for business breakfasts for up to 20, luncheons, dinners or committee meetings.
